My opinion :
The M712 manufactured by WE is an excellent replica. Internals are reliable, inner barrel and hop-up rubber are MARUI standard allowing upgrade and disassembly is easy.
This version from SWIT AIRSOFT has the best externals compared to others M712 like HFC, MARUSHIN, TERCEL or KWC. In fact contrary to stock replicas that have no marking or chinese markings, here, there are german realistic markings from MAUSER on it and it’s wonderful. They are deeply engraved by CNC tools and well realized. You’ll find in the box an ABS stock that allows you to transform it in a GBB carbine or simply use it as a holster. Performances are fine, fast firing, full-auto mode, good accuracy and range, simply use heavy bb’s as the hop-up rubber is a bit strong. The replica is delivered with a long 27 bb’s magazine but you can buy spare short 11 bb’s magazines from WE or ARMORER WORKS that are completely compatible. This replica will suit all airsoft players, easy to use and maintenance, particularly WW2/WW1 players or for post-apocalyptic games. You’ll find this M712 HERE.

Le M712 fabriqué par WE est une excellente réplique. L’interne est fiable, le canon et le joint hop-up sont au standard MARUI permettant l’upgrade et le démontage est facile.
Cette version de SWIT AIRSOFT a le meilleur externe du marché comparé aux marques HFC, MARUSHIN, TERCEL ou KWC. En fait, contrairement aux répliques de base ne disposant pas de marquages ou alors de marquages chinois, ici, il y a des marquages allemands réalistes de la firme MAUSER et c’est assez magnifique. Ils sont gravés profondément avec des outils CNC et bien réalisés. Vous trouverez dans la boîte une crosse en ABS qui vous permettra de transformer la réplique en carabine ou simplement de l’utiliser comme holster. Les performances sont bonnes, tirs rapides, mode rafale, bonnes précision et portée à condition d’utiliser de la bille lourde comme le joint hop-up est un peu trop puissant. La réplique est livrée avec un chargeur long de 27 billes mais on peut également se procurer des chargeurs courts de 11 billes de marque WE ou ARMORER WORKS qui sont complètement compatibles. Cette réplique conviendra à tous les joueurs d’airsoft, facile d’utilisation et de maintenance, particulièrement les joueurs WW2/WW1 ou pour les scénarios post-apocalyptiques. My opinion :
The M945 manufactured by SY and findable as an ACM, A&K or WELL replica is a very rare replica on the airsoft fields. It hides some pleasant suprises, some unpleasant but finally… it’s a little treasure! Externals are very well made with great attention to details, all in metal. Internals should have been better but there is one thing that will allow you to get a proper operation. This replica will only suit to airsoft experienced players able to disassemble and upgrade a GBB.

Le M945 fabriqué par SY et parfois trouvable comme ACM ou sous les marques A&K voire WELL est une réplique très rare sur les terrains d’airsoft. Elle cache d’excellentes suprises, d’autres moins excellentes mais globalement… un véritable petit trésor ! L’externe est très bien réalisé avec une grande attention pour les détails, tout en métal. L’interne aurait pu être amélioré mais il y a une chose qui vous permettra tout simplement de bien faire fonctionner la réplique. Cette réplique conviendra uniquement aux airsofteurs aguerris capables de démonter un GBB et de l’upgrader.

My opinion :
A wonderful new GBB replica that takes all the experience gained by ARMY ARMAMENT in the design of 1911, a kind of 3rd generation, far from a pale copy of MARUI 1911 which he takes the mecanic and so compatibility for more upgrade, modification or more magazines! On the aesthetic side, the subtle two-tone paint is of the best effect and the casts rather well made; this is the Darkstorm version with marking that gives something more aesthetic. You can find it in 2 other colors : Sandstorm and Nightstorm. Operation : You can upgrade or modify it very simply since it has a MARUI type mechanic. Various pleasant details: ambidextrous safety, optic fiber sights, rail, textured grips, magwell and the outer barrel is still threaded and provided with a 14 mm CCW silencer adapter, like its predecessor, the R28 gen 2 that was the first Marui-like 1911 with this. Still no cleaning rod or blueprint of the replica. On the performance side, I’m quite impressed, the use of gas is particularly well optimized: a kick rather strong and the ability to shoot up to 56 times with a single charge of gas. The power with green gas is 300 fps with 0.20 g bb’s which is perfect for a back-up. The extended magazine is exceptional, just take a look HERE to convince you! The replica is also designed to be able to shoot with CO2 magazines that will be released soon! For 87 €, excluding postage, this replica will clearly outperform the competition in this price range. It will suit to airsoft beginners, experienced or IPSC players.

Une fabuleuse nouvelle réplique qui reprend toute l’expérience acquise par ARMY ARMAMENT dans la fabrication de 1911, un genre de 3ème génération, bien loin d’être une pâle copie d’un 1911 MARUI dont il reprend la mécanique et la compatibilité, permettant davantage d’upgrade, modifications et chargeurs. Côté esthétique, la peinture bi-ton subtile est du meilleur effet et les moulages plutôt bien réalisés ; il s’agit ici de la version Darkstorm avec marquages qui apportent un plus esthétique. On le trouve dans 2 autres couleurs : Nightstorm et Sandstorm. Côté fonctionnement, Vous pouvez upgrader ou modifier ce GBB très simplement grâce à la mécanique MARUI. De nombreux petits détails plaisants : sécurité ambidextre, mires avec fibre optique, rail, grips texturés, magwell et le canon externe est toujours fileté et fourni avec un adaptateur pour silencieux 14 mm anti-horaire, comme son prédécesseur, le R28 gen 2 qui était le 1er 1911 Marui-like doté de cette innovation. Toujours pas de tige de débourrage ni d’éclaté de la réplique dans le manuel. Côté performances, je suis assez bluffé, l’utilisation du gaz est particulièrement bien optimisée : un kick plutôt fort et la capacité de tirer jusqu’à 56 fois avec une seule charge de gaz. La puissance au green gaz est de 300 fps à la 0.20 g ce qui est parfait pour une réplique secondaire. Le chargeur allongé est juste exceptionnel, jetez un œil ICI pour vous en convaincre ! La réplique est, par ailleurs, conçue pour pouvoir utiliser des chargeurs au CO2 qui vont bientôt être disponibles ! Pour 87 € hors frais de port, cette réplique va clairement écraser la concurrence dans cette gamme de prix. Elle conviendra aux airsofteurs débutants, aguerris voire aux amateurs d’IPSC.

Homemade storage box for pistol parts. How to protect your pieces from scratches and breakage. Why? As many pistol enthusiast players, I’ve got a lot of stock or upgrade parts that are stored everywhere: on the desk, shelf, in boxes… So that they are regularly scratched or lost. So in order to gather and protect them, particularly slides, frames and small parts that are taken out from their packaging, I decided to make a storage box that would be vintage and good looking so that I will particularly appreciate open it and work on GBB custom projects. Like a kid opening his toy box.
This box was built only with ordinary tools that everybody can own and use, raw materials cost under $15. Click the gallery and scroll.
Boîte homemade pour pièces de pistolet. Ou comment protéger ses pièces des rayures et de la casse. Pourquoi ? Comme beaucoup de joueurs amateurs de pistolets, j’ai un paquet de pièces d’origine ou d’upgrade qui traînent un peu partout : sur le bureau, les étagères, dans des boîtes que parfois j’oublie… Et ces pièces sont régulièrement rayées ou “perdues”. Donc pour les rassembler et les protéger, particulièrement les culasses, frames et petites pièces sorties de leurs emballages, j’ai décidé de fabriquer cette boîte de rangement de type vintage avec un bel aspect, comme ça j’apprécie particulièrement l’ouvrir et me relancer dans mes projets de GBB custom. Un peu comme un gamin ouvrant son coffre à jouets.

Grosse review d’un chargeur révolutionnaire pour les répliques de 1911. Le chargeur étendu pour 1911 avec talon fabriqué par ARMY ARMAMENT. Pourquoi ? En airsoft, les amateurs de 1911 se plaignent souvent de l’autonomie en gaz de leurs chargeurs qui ne leur permet souvent pas de tirer toutes les billes de ces derniers. Ce chargeur peut résoudre ce problème pour un prix très faible. Pour les autres joueurs voulant améliorer leur capacité en billes, ce chargeur, avec quelques modifications, vous permettra de tirer presque autant de billes qu’un chargeur 40 billes long Marui. Allez, jetons un œil là dessus !

Short article on the influence of GBB slide weight on autonomy, cycle speed & recoil.
Why? As I said here, metal slides aren’t able to shoot as many bb’s as ABS slides. Here I will do an experiment that will allow you to quantify the gain or loss in autonomy after upgrade or red dot implement for example. I will also quantify the cycle speed (so, rate of fire and responsiveness) for different weights of slide and evaluate the recoil. Figures are given for information only and may vary depending on your GBB type platform, the propellant and many other factors. So what are you waiting for to evaluate the performance of your upgrade?

Petit article sur l’influence du poids de la culasse d’un GBB sur l’autonomie, la vitesse du cycle et le kick.
Pourquoi ? Comme je le disais ici, les culasses métal ne permettent pas de tirer autant de billes que les culasses en plastique. Cette expérience va vous permettre de quantifier le gain ou la perte d’autonomie après upgrade, modification ou simplement mise en place d’un RMR ou red-dot. Je vais également quantifier la vitesse du cycle (donc la cadence de tir et la réactivité) pour différentes masses de culasse et enfin évaluer le kick. Les chiffres sont donnés à titre indicatif et peuvent varier selon votre plateforme, le propulsant et plein d’autres facteurs. Alors, qu’attendez-vous pour évaluer les performances de votre upgrade ?
